{"id":3133,"date":"2020-12-11T17:58:27","date_gmt":"2020-12-11T17:58:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alens.it\/tee-titoli-di-efficienza-eneergetica\/"},"modified":"2024-10-15T17:15:36","modified_gmt":"2024-10-15T15:15:36","slug":"eet-energy-efficiency-titles","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.alens.it\/en\/eet-energy-efficiency-titles\/","title":{"rendered":"EET energy efficiency titles"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/studi-fattibilita.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h1>White certificates and energy efficiency titles <\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<h2>EET<br \/>ENERGY EFFICIENCY TITLES<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><strong>White certificates<\/strong>, also known as <strong>&#8220;Energy Efficiency Titles&#8221; (EET),\u00a0<\/strong>are negotiable titles that certify the achievement of energy savings in the final usage of energy, through interventions and projects to increase energy efficiency. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The system of white certificates has been introduced in the Italian legislation with the <strong>ministerial decree of the 20th July 2004 and\u00a0s.m.i.<\/strong> and it forsees that electric energy and natural gas distributors annually meet certain quantitative primary energy savings targets, expressed in <strong>Tonnes of Oil Equivalent<\/strong> <strong>(TOE) <\/strong>saved.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The companies distributing electricity and gas can fulfill their obligation by carrying out <strong>energy efficiency projects<\/strong> that give entitlement to white certificates or by purchasing the EET from other players on the market of Energy Efficiency Bonds organized by the <strong>GME<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alens.it\/en\/hec-autoproduction-energy-communities\/\">unities of high efficiency cogeneration<\/a> may access the system of white certificates in accordance with the conditions and procedures established by the Ministerial Decree of the 5th September 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>EET are released for 7 or 10 years<\/strong> (according to the type of the project) and they represent an incentive to the energy savings intervention that <strong>is added to the real savings, increasing the investment pay-back<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The national regulatory framework in this area was recently modified with the publication of the <strong>DM 11 January 2017<\/strong>, which defines national quantitative targets for <strong>energy savings<\/strong> &#8211; increasing over time &#8211; for electricity and gas distribution companies for the years 2017 to 2020 and establishes <strong>new ways of presenting projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALENS is able to provide the assistance necessary for the implementation of energy saving interventions and the achievement of Energy Efficiency Titles (EET).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Contacts<\/h2>\n<div>\n<div>Eng.
